Nichole is an accomplished healthcare administrator, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of diverse experience. After earning a degree from the University of Tennessee, she went on to nursing school at the Jewish Hospital College of Nursing in St. Louis. Her career began in healthcare administration, where she managed workers' compensation, consulting projects, and patient care operations. Her work bridged critical relationships between patients, physicians, insurance companies, and attorneys, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of healthcare and business. With this experience,

Nichole then went on to work with several $100M+ healthcare companies to build infusion divisions from the ground up. 

This entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for her next venture: founding NED Holdco with her husband, Dan Dempster.

As the visionary behind NED Holdco, Nichole leverages her extensive network and cross-industry experience to partner with entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them drive growth, innovation, and profitability. She is passionate about collaborating with forward-thinking leaders to build lasting, transformative companies.

Dan's tenure in the mechanical construction industry spans over three decades, marked by a profound expertise in project mechanical installation processes, estimation, operations management, and financial management at the ownership level. 

Dan's career spans from working with Pipefitter's Local Union 562 to ultimately building businesses. These startup companies have performed industrial and commercial mechanical and HVAC work for a group of multi billion dollar companies with both national and local presence. 

His experience provides significant expertise to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive profitable outcomes for all stakeholders.

Dan brings over 17 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance within a $38B global enterprise. Specializing in audit, tax, internal and external reporting, financial modeling, and M&A, Dan has developed a comprehensive skill set that spans the full spectrum of financial operations. With a strong background in legislative affairs and capital raising, particularly in collateralized debt markets, he has excelled at navigating complex financial landscapes to drive strategic decision-making.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked in a number of U.S. markets, blending operational expertise with robust financial analysis to foster growth, profitability, and sustainable business solutions. His ability to align financial strategy with organizational goals has made him an invaluable leader in driving financial performance and long-term success at NED HoldCo.
